Quarterly meetings are usually held in February, May, and August of each year and are hosted by a government member at their facility and also hosted in some remote locations using video streaming technology.

Monthly "Brown Bag" session are online conference call based technical discussions held on the fourth Thursday of every month.  Corporate members are invited to join the discussion on the odd months of the year.  Have an issue or need some advice?  Jump on the call and participate in the open forum for discussion.
