Programmer / Analyst - City of Peoria
The purpose of this position is to provide technical analysis, information, and support to end users of City public administration and public safety computer systems. This is accomplished by assisting users with problems or questions about software; writing and modifying programs as required to accommodate changes or corrections; writing supplemental documentation and providing training; maintaining required databases; designing reports for data retrieval around end-user requirements; maintaining computer files and ensuring accuracy; troubleshooting problems reported to the help desk that pertain to public administration and public safety software; and assisting the project leader with system administration tasks.

IT Systems Engineer - Village of Northbrook
The Village of Northbrook seeks an IT Systems Engineer to administer the day-to-day operations of the Village’s technology infrastructure. This position reports directly to the Chief Information Officer and is involved in all levels of technology at the Village from researching, recommending, procuring, designing and implementing technologies to third level end-user support. Candidates should be self-directed, experienced with a variety of technologies including networks and wireless, firewalls, Windows servers, storage, applications and databases and committed to creating a positive user experience. Candidates should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline and at least five years of responsible IT experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The Systems Engineer position has a pay range in the mid-$70s to mid $80s, plus an excellent benefits package.
